A transaction can be disputed for various reasons:
1. Unknown transaction billed to the card account.
2. Double Debit - Charged twice for a single transaction.
3. Failed / Cancelled transaction - Transaction failed or was canceled but the amount was not refunded (please note that refund will take a timeline of 5 to 7 business days to be credited back to your account)
4. Services not rendered / Goods not received from the outlet.
To raise a dispute investigation, click on this link zolve.page.link/VBUL and raise the dispute on the suspected transaction through the app (Tap on the suspected transaction > Tap Get help/Contact now).
Note: You can only raise a dispute on a settled transaction. Do not worry, we will extend all our support to help with the disputed transaction.
