I joined in Feb’23. I see that there is a quarterly cap of $1500 on my credit card spends. Does this mean that my cap is till April?

No. The quarter definition is the same for all our users and is synced with the billing cycle. The following are the quarter definitions

Jan 15 to April 14
April 15 to July 14
July 15 to Oct 14
Oct 15 to Jan 14
