I want to apply for a replacement card. How do I do this?

You can reapply for your card only in the following scenarios:

- Loss of card
- Card stolen
- Card damaged - Card not delivered

If one of the above conditions is met, please reissue your physical card from your Zolve app by following the mentioned steps: 


- Log in to Zolve app 

- Bank 

- Swipe to the card 

- Manage and security 

- Replace card.
